1. Call to Order

2. Approval of the Agenda

3. Approval of Minutes from September 19, 2023 and October 19, 2022

   The September 19, 2023 minutes were approved by Sharlene, seconded by Clancy

   Meeting minutes were approved

4. KSC Fundraising Accounts Update (General & Casino) – Sharlene Start

   General Account – Actual Balance = $69,433.59 / Adjusted Balance = $69,391.37

   Casino Account – Actual Balance = $29,683.78 / Adjusted Balance = $29,473.78

5. Legacy Project Account Update - Sharlene Start

   • General Account – Actual Balance = $10,926.54 / Adjusted Balance = $10,926.54

   • Will need to discuss what we do with this extra money now that the Legacy project is completed.

6. Formal submission of the 2022/2023 Financial Statements - Sharlene Start

   • Would like to have two people review financial statements in September 2024 to save us from having to pay for a formal audit

   • Taryn Humphreys and Alina Sezanaeva will both review the financial statements next September

   • Question from Tara: Is KSC expecting any more grant funding to repay the loan? 

   • Sharlene made a motion to submit the 2022/2023 Financial Statements, Taryn seconded motion, these will be attached to meeting minutes. Accepted.
